GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING to all of you wonderful folks checking out this edition of Barbecue, Bets, and Beats. As you’re reading this, I will be en route to Knoxville, Tennessee to watch my beloved and beleaguered Aggies take on the Vols in Neyland Stadium.

I’m sure the drive up from Rockwall will provide some great scenery as we make our way into the hills of East Tennessee. Undoubtedly, I’ll come back with plenty of content for the newsletter.
