Gooooooooooooooood morning team and welcome to another edition of Barbecue, Bets, and Beats. We are deep into November meaning, we are closing in on the end of the year. Just wanted to provide a couple of housekeeping notes.
Starting December 8th, we’ll kick off our Year-In-Review series for 2023. Three separate blogs highlighting the favorite barbecue bites, favorite sports moments, and favorite songs of 2023 will take the place of the normally scheduled blog. I reckon we’ll also have some additional holiday content.
This also gives me a chance to get some more barbecue stops in so that I don’t run out of joints to write about. Additionally, I’m still keeping my ears open for any writing ideas you the readers would like to see.
With that out of the way, I believe we have smoked meats to discuss. Let us begin.
