Your eyes end up bigger than your stomach. A common problem when you head to barbecue joints. You want to try as many of the smoked offerings as possible and run out of steam with plenty of food left.

Not to worry!

You can use that leftover barbecue in a number of ways. With that in mind, I’ve put together a list of some of my personal favorite uses for the meat that didn’t get eaten on the first go-round.
